This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered by Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers are subject to this refund policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only in genuine and eligible cases, as determined by the company.

2. Advance Payments

Advance booking amounts are generally non-refundable, as they are used to reserve resources, manpower, and scheduling. However, partial refunds may be considered at the company’s discretion depending on the timing of cancellation.

3. Cancellation-Based Refunds

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund

  • Last-minute cancellations or same-day cancellations may not qualify for any refund

  • Any costs already incurred (labor, packing materials, transport arrangements) will be deducted

4. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be provided once the service has been initiated or completed, except in cases of proven service failure or negligence.

5. Delay or Rescheduling

Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated but may involve additional charges.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Unavailability of the customer at pickup or delivery location

  • Inclusion of prohibited or undisclosed items

  • Refusal to accept delivery

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

8. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or the original payment source, subject to company approval.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the company operates.

10. Policy Updates

Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

At Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers, we aim to provide reliable and transparent services. This basic refund policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.

2. Cancellation Refunds

No refunds will be provided once the service has been started or completed, except in rare cases of verified service issues.

4. Deductions

Any refund (if approved) may include deductions for:

  • Packing materials

  • Labor charges

  • Transportation arrangements already made

5. Delays

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be given if:

  • Incorrect details were provided by the customer

  • Customer is unavailable at pickup/delivery

  • Prohibited or undisclosed items are included

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, bank transfer, or UPI.
